Artificial intelligence is making its way into HCL Domino – the new Domino IQ Server allows generative AI models to be integrated directly into existing Domino environments. This practical training provides a concise overview of modern AI technologies and demonstrates how generative language models can be used in Domino applications.
Participants will receive an introduction to fundamental concepts of artificial intelligence and large language models (LLMs) and learn how to implement AI-powered functions using OpenAI models and the Domino IQ Server. Practical exercises with Postman, OpenAPI, and Jupyter Notebooks will demonstrate how to interact with AI models via various interfaces. Additionally, the course will cover the use of Python for processing AI responses and its direct integration into HCL Notes programming languages.
At the end of the training, participants will be able to test generative AI functions with HCL Domino, address them via APIs, and implement their first applications with the Domino IQ Server.
